Field Trips
Are you a part of a group interested in agriculture? Or do you just enjoy getting outside and experiencing new things with friends? We'd love to host your group at our farm for a field trip! We want to welcome our community to our farm and to engage with all age groups through the wonders of agriculture. Come learn something new, play a little, shop a little, and enjoy a tasty treat!
Fall Festival Field Trip
Come celebrate fall with us! This trip takes place in October and begins booking in the summer. Fall field trips are geared towards elementary to middle school ages, but accommodations can be made to welcome all ages! The trip includes entry to playground, the corn maze, access to animals, and a hayride to pick out a mini pumpkin to take home. During your hay ride, your group will learn about farming and beekeeping on an age appropriate level. Not included in the trip, but also available, are concessions, farm store products, produce, and pumpkins of various size and type from our pumpkin patch. Pumpkin chunkin' , animal feeding, and the flower field are not included in the field trip but can be arranged, if appropriate, by request, for an added fee.
Strawberry Season Field Trip
We are no longer booking additional field trips for Spring 2024. Please consider joining us for a Fall field trip!
Field trips during strawberry season are great for any age! This trip takes place in March and early April and begins booking in January. It includes entry to the playground and a wagon ride to the strawberry field to pick a pint of strawberries to take home. During your ride, your group will learn about farming and beekeeping on an age appropriate level. This is a particularly good trip for middle to high school aged kids learning about agriculture, weather, and seasons, but all ages will enjoy it! Not included in the trip, but also available, are concessions, farm store products, and produce. Flower field entry and picking is not included in the field trip but can be arranged, if appropriate, by request, for an added fee.
